Christmas Card

So...I don't exactly know why but this year I didn't get a Christmas card sent out! My usual Christmas card photographer (my sister Ange!) Had knee surgery, so I slacked and never got a picture taken...I could have used our latest family picture, but Lily has change so much since then...so anyways, I took this on Saturday morning and created my blog Christmas card!
Next year I will not be so lazy!
Merry Christmas!
We love you all!

O Christmas Tree...

Since Brandon and I have been married we have gotten a real tree for Christmas. We have always loved picking out our tree and bringing it home. We enjoy it even more now with Tyson and Lily! Tyson goes yelling thru the lot... "we found the perfect tree!" We usually take our time finding the perfect tree, but this year it was only in the teens for the temp so pretty much the first tree we saw we took! The kids still loved it!

Isn't she just the cutest pink marshmallow you have ever seen!?!

Tyson was telling me he was freezing in this picture!

They were a ton of help decorating the tree! They poured everything out!

Lily loves "necklaces!"

Tyson wanted me to take a picture of him holding up each ornament! We picked a good one!

Tyson set the mood with the fireplace!

Our finished product! I used to make sure that everything was in it's perfect spot...now I could care less. The whole back of our tree is pretty much empty and a lot of the ornaments are on the bottom left side...that was were Tyson was standing each time he picked up an ornament!

The Ward Christmas Party!
We enjoy going to the ward party every year because they have Santa come and we don't have to fight long lines at the Mall to see him. Although, the Santa they have gotten for the past few years has been a really grump...same with Mrs. Claus. They barely even crack a smile! Tyson could care less!
Cute Lily wondering around. We knew it was be a crying mess if she sat with Santa, so we didn't even make an attempt!
Oh...Santa was also on a time crunch, so they really pushed the kids through really fast. This is Tyson and his buddy Zander. They got to go together (since they happened to be standing by each other!)

Today Tyson got an email from Santa. Santa called him by name, knew what he had asked for and even had a picture of him and knew he was 4. Tyson was more than excited!
We are sure excited for Christmas at our house!
