Lots of goings ons!

I don't know what it is about these little H&M $4.00 dresses, but they are my girls FAVORITES!
Lily got her's last year and wore it every time it was clean! In the winter she wore leggings and a cardigan with it!
When I went to H&M again I saw the yellow one in Macy's size and thought I would get it since Lily loved her's so much!
Well, the same thing...but Macy is a little more dramatic if it is not clean!
She wears it every chance she gets!
In fact, it is in the wash right now and she saw it go in and already asked if she could wear it!
Silly girls!

Lily wanted to take a picture too!
It is nice to see that I do exist sometimes!!
We put the kids in private swim lessons this year!
I feel like they haven't ever really learned how to swim after all the years of group lessons!
They did awesome!
Private lessons are the way to go!
One of my young women from my old ward is a swim instructor at the Rec Center, so she gave me a great deal and she got to be their swim teacher!
She is an awesome teacher! They improved so much in 4 lessons!
At the Rec Center they were allowed to play in the pools when it wasn't their turn, so here is Tyson on the "big" slide!
Lily is infamous for her belly flops! She is so proud of herself after she does them!
Macy would just sit and watch with me! She is definatly a people watcher like her mom!
Or on this day she danced!
On the last day I did pay for Me and Macy to swim! It was fun, but man it is hard taking 3 young kids swimming by yourself!
 Tyson!
He is becoming quite the little fish!
We took a quick over nighter at the cabin a few weeks ago!
I just thought it was cute how Macy stuck herself right between Tyson and Lily while they played video games!
We love having the cabin so close and convienient to take these little trips to get away!
It also doesn't hurt that Nana keeps it stocked with all sorts of chocolate and goodies!!
When Brandon and Tyson did their boys camping trip with Papa and Zak, Lily and I took the tickets for the Utah vs. Weber State game!
It was super hot and we won by a long shot, so Lily enjoyed her snow cone and I enjoyed my Diet Coke and we stayed for only the last 2 minutes of the first quarter and left after the drums before the 3rd quarter!
That is how we roll!

Brandon turned 35 on the 8th!
It was a rough, busy week leading up to his birthday and infact on his birthday our whole family (minus Macy) spoke in church! Brandon and I had meetings before church and Brandon had clerk stuff after church, so we celebrated his birthday on the 9th!
We had all his favorites!
A cowboy pizza from Papa Murphy's
and Costco pumpkin pie!
Yum!
Happy Birthday Old Man!
We love you!!

Mom's Birthday Party

August 18th was my Mom's Birthday and we decided to grab sub sandwiches and go hiking up at Brighton, but it was a rainy day, so we decided to go to a park in Daybreak in case we were rained out!
I had seen this park a lot when I have done my long runs, and my Mom often walks around the Daybreak Lake and she had seen this park so we thought we would try it out!
It was AWESOME! It had this twirly thing that was so much fun!
(I love the above picture of an action shot of Lily flying off!)
At one point I kicked off all the kids and just had us adults do it! :)
(what a great mom and aunt I am!!)
I was impressed with how long the kids were able to hold on for!
 Too much fun!
I gave my sister, Tiff, the camera and she was so good at getting an up-close picture of everyone without us knowing!
Jaycie
 Ava!
 Crazy Lily!
 Riley!
The babies LOVED this bridge!
 Macy Bug!
The sand was so soft!
 Ryan and Erynn!
 Spider Tyson!
 Me
 Ange
 Beautiful Mom!
 Frank and Mom!
Brandon doing what he does best!
I took the camera back and got Tiff!
The kids loved the slide, but they loved the concrete on the side even better! They would cover it with sand and slide down on their feet and bums!
Macy loved sliding on her bum! I thought for sure she would have a hole in her pants, but she didn't and spray and wash got out the dirt stains!
Chesney and Lily!
I have to admit, I am kind of glad plans changed!
Happy Birthday Grandma Wendy!
We love you!!

School is in!!!

It was Tyson's first day of 2nd Grade.
He wasn't very excited to start school, and I got the eye roll when I tried to make him excited!
I did finally get a smile from him and made him laugh!
He is a lot like I was, very anxious and worried that I wouldn't know anyone and that I wouldn't have any friends. Tyson is one of the most social, friendly kids there is, he never has a problem making friends!
Macy loves to be in pictures, and Tyson is the typical 7 year old doing bunny ears!
Such a handsome kid! What a big 2nd grader!
I did shed a few tears because he is growing up so fast!
(I don't think it makes me a horrible mom, but I LOVE when school is in! I love my kids, but I love the structure and schedules of school and my kids love it too! We all do a lot better with structure! And I do love a little extra quiet time at home, or the ability to run errands with only 1 kid!)
Lily's first day of "real" (paid for) preschool!
This is her "normal" pose!
Macy loves to be in pics!
She also wants to be just like her big sister, so we did braids in her hair the night before just like Lily so they would both have curly hair!
Lily is such the little poser!
 More modeling!
This was outside the door at preschool!
With her friend from our street, Stella!
Heading in!
Yay for preschool!!
