First days of school!

 Our big third grader Tyson so handsome!

 Tyson started school a week before Lily did and we all got to take a tour of the new school on Tyson's first day, so we all walked him to school!

The school wasn't quite ready on the first day, the copper wiring had been stolen so there wasn't any air conditioning (in July!!) for the first two days! Parents brought in a lot of fans to help out!

Also, the cafeteria and gym weren't done for the first month either!

Oh well :/

The first day was the longest day of her life since she has afternoon kindergarten!!

Lily was cute and asked Grandma Wendy to come to her first day, so my Mom came and walked with us and saw Lily off to her first day! :)

Last week of Summer Fun!

 Brandon was out of town for the kids last week of summer before school started so I tried to plan something for each day to end their summer with a bang!

On Monday we went bowling with our Pass of All Passes!

The kids loved it and had a great time at the ghetto bowling alley!

 Macy's ball took a couple of minutes to make it to the pins :)

In my defense, they all had bumpers and the bumpers disappeared when it was my turn ! ;)

On Tuesday we went to see the movie Bears at the extra ghetto theatre in American Fork! We spent way to much money on popcorn and drinks, but it was a cute movie!

Wednesday they played with friends!

 Thursday was the 24th of July and Lehi City does a foam day at the park with the Firefighters so we decided to try it out!

 Macy was the most excited to go, but she wouldn't get in the foam at all!

She had fallen asleep in the car and woke up grumpy so that didn't help! :/

 When you were done you could clean off in the fire hoses spraying water!

 Macy would not leave my side!

 It was really fun, then we stopped for ice cream after!

I think we will do that one again!!

 On Friday we went to Herriman Beach!

I didn't take advantage of such a great beach in my own backyard!

This was the only time we went the whole year!

The kids had a great time, I had a great time and now we were ready for school to start!!

Forth of July fireworks!

 I don't remember what we did during the day, but we always like watching the fireworks on our back deck! We have the best view of the whole valley and all the fireworks all over town!!

The kids love getting glow sticks and jumping on the tramp while watching the fireworks!

This is where Macy was during the fireworks! Whatever we did during the day tuckered her right out!!
