The weekend of the 12th we went to my sister's house up by Ogden . It has turned into tradition around the fourth of July to go swimming at the Roy pool and have a family BBQ afterwards. We were getting ready to leave and we packed clothes to change into after swimming. I had put my clothes on our bed while I was getting ready.Tyson loves to play on our bed, so while we were getting ready Brandon and I all of a sudden heard Tyson laughing. We then saw this.... It was hilarious! It still amazes me what kids pickup on. I always get dressed in the bathroom with the door locked, but obviously there must have been a time that I didn't have a shirt on yet!?! :)
Well, we got up to my sisters house and made our way to the Roy pool. This pool is awesome, very kid friendly. Tyson loved it!! Then we BBQ'd and played for awhile.
The city Ange and Cam used to live in was having a carnival, so we decided to play there for a little bit before heading home. Tyson thought it was the greatest! There was music playing and he would shake his little tush and do a little break dancing!
He got to ride on a couple rides with his cousin Chesney! (Thanks Ange and Cam!) He thought he really needed to steer the motorcycle!
Brandon showed his skills by winning 2 goldfish for our niece and nephew! Way to go B!!
On the boat ride Tyson broke all the rules. He stood up during the ride, and he was constantly touching the water. Crazy kid! Well to end the night we started on our ride home and Tyson kept telling us what a fun day he had and then he finally fell asleep. We were almost home from our hour drive and Tyson started fussing and moving around a little. I thought he was just uncomfortable when all of the sudden puke everywhere! It was so sad. So 11:00 at night I was bathing Tyson while Brandon was cleaning the car. Tyson was sick for the next day and a half. The cute thing about it was that he had no idea what was going on when he would puke, so each time he did he would say "I spilled Mom" and be so sad. He then figured out when it was coming on so he would tell us "I don't want to choke!" He was such a trooper!
Tyson never falls asleep on the couch. He only sleeps in his bed and occasionally in the car. So when I found him asleep on the couch I knew he wasn't feeling well! (Sorry about the gross puke story!) It was an awesome day until the very end!
