Lily has been asking for awhile when she could get her ears pierced. I told her when she started Kindergarten, but life was pretty busy with girls camp, youth conference, school and life to get her ears pierced then, so we decided to do it for her 6th birthday!
The day we got home from Moab, we put all our stuff away, showered and Lily and I headed to the mall to pierce those ears!!

She got to pick some other earrings for when she is able to change them.
Something I am learning about Lily is bigger and shinier is better!
She LOVED the huge diamond earrings!!
On the morning of her birthday party Brandon had a half marathon in Herriman!
So we went to Butterfield park to watch him finish!
Brandon was the second runner to finish! and he ran his fastest half marathon yet! 1hr 34mins!
It was a pretty small race, but Brandon loved it!

We had 16 little girls!!!
We decorated pillow cases, played games, ate pizza, cake and ice cream and opened presents!!
Nana, Papa and Grandma Wendy came to watch, but I also put them to work! ;)
