Tyson is growing up!

The first part of August, Tyson came to me and showed me his wiggly tooth! I thought he was going to be worried about it, but he was rather excited!
On August 17th after eating breakfast he said, "Mom I have some great news! I was making sure my teeth weren't dirty and I found my tooth on my tongue!"
About an hour later he came to me crying and told me he didn't want to loose his tooth because that meant he was growing up and he would have to move away from me and Dad soon!
I explained that he still had a looooong time before he moved out and he was cool with it again!
That night we talked about how excited he was for the tooth fairy to come and he wondered if she was going to bring money or a prize!
He went to bed with the tooth in a plastic bag under his pillow and the tooth fairy left him a whole dollar!
That morning he came into our room crying because he missed his tooth!
We explained to him that with each tooth he could add up his dollars and when he got 5 he could trade it for a 5 dollar bill and so on and so on! He got super excited again and now wants to do any chores so he can speed up the money making process!
Man who knew losing a tooth could be such an emotional roller coaster!

Lily had to be part of the fun to!
Tyson the kindergartner!
Well, with moving came Tyson going to a brand new school for kindergarten!
He has been such a great little kindergartner! He has made new friends! (he has already been invited to a birthday party from a little boy in the ward but he is in another kindergarten class, but Tyson says they play together at recess!)
When I drop him off, he always seems to be playing tag with someone! He is such a social kid!
So far he loves kindergarten and is so smart!
What a big kid Tyson is!
We love you buddy!

He looks so grown up without a tooth and with tie-up shoes. So glad he's adjusted so well!

Poor guy. That is a lot of change for him. Losing his tooth and having to grow up. New school. Wow, he's a trooper. We miss you guys!
