This year Tyson's birthday was the Tuesday before thanksgiving!
He wanted to have his party at Lehi Trafalga, but they are a pain the the booty to get a hold of, so we had to post pone his party for two weeks to get past the Thanksgiving break weekend!
We celebrated as a family on his birthday with his favorite dinner...
Pizza Rolls and Jell-o
Instead of a cake he chose donuts
and strawberry ice cream
(as long as it doesn't have real strawberry chunks in it, and you would be surprised how hard it is to find strawberry ice cream without strawberry chunks, so we had to go with Neapolitan ice cream!!)
We got him two nerf guns!
(because what fun is one when you are shooting friends or sisters...at least let them defend themselves!!)
Well, after emailing, with no answer, then calling with no return call, I finally went into Trafalga and waited an hour to talk to a manager to schedule Tyson's party! ahhhh!
Well, the morning of his party was a huge snow storm! (dumped about 6-8 inches at our house)
And we knew that Brandon's car wouldn't make it to Trafalga!
(we needed to take both cars full of kids!)
So, we ate our Trafalga deposit, texted all the Mom's to send their boys in snow clothes and bring sleds, and Brandon took the boy's sledding at one of our many parks with big hills!
I ran and got pizza, drinks and donuts for when they were done!
